Ashish Khetan is a tax and corporate law attorney with advanced training from Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M. in Taxation, Dean's List, Distinction, GPA 3.91) and the University of Cambridge (LL.M. in International Economic Law). His expertise bridges U.S. federal taxation, corporate structuring, real estate transactions and cross-border investment planning.

Ashish advises corporations, funds, real estate operators and high-net-worth families on matters ranging from §1031 exchanges and UPREIT structuring to mezzanine financing, securities compliance and estate planning.

Shaun Star is the Founding Director of the Centre for India Australia Studies and the Centre for Sports Law, Business and Governance at O.P. Jindal Global University, where he is also a Professor & Associate Dean of Jindal Global Law School. He is actively involved in building ties between Australia and India.

Running his own advisory practice, Shaun has advised numerous Australian organisations — from start-ups to listed companies — on corporate governance issues and their entry and expansion into India. He also advises clients in sports law, including national sporting federations and international athletes, particularly on anti-doping and integrity matters, and is a non-executive director and Chair of the Governance Committee at Judo Australia.

An Australian-qualified lawyer, Shaun has worked at top-tier law firms in India and Australia, represented large multinational companies on complex legal transactions, and built a deep professional network across India leading teams of Indian and Australian professionals on multiple projects. He was named among the 30 people to watch in the business of law in Asia.

Shaun has published numerous articles on sports law and governance and on the Australia-India bilateral relationship, and is the author of Australia and India: A Comparative Overview of the Law and Legal Practice, with contributions from judges, leading barristers, academics and legal practitioners. His opinion pieces have appeared in national newspapers and he has appeared on Indian prime-time television panels. He is a co-founder of the Australia India Youth Dialogue.

Shero Shao specialises in government consulting and public-private liaison for cross-border market entry, with a particular focus on Chinese enterprises expanding overseas and international capital investing into China. Her work spans the Middle East and Africa, connecting investors, regulators and on-the-ground execution across the full lifecycle of a deal.
